Minimum Master’s degree in Sociology / Gender Studies / Development Studies / Economics / Management Sciences / Public Health / Public Administration from a prestigious local (HEC recognized) or foreign institution.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience of Community Mobilization & Education with national / international NGOs and public sector. Significant exposure in water supply, environmental or infrastructure developmental sectors is highly preferred
